Your agent will serve as your primary contact during the rental process, managing tasks like finding your ideal home, submitting your details to the apartment, and scheduling tours. It's important to note that the rental prices displayed online by apartment complexes remain unchanged. The responsibility for providing you with cashback lies with Pagobe, not the apartment complex or your agent. Once your agent receives payment from the landlord, we are promptly notified and initiate your cashback payment, ensuring that our services are entirely cost-free for you.

Pagobe's cashback letter serves as a pre-approval notification specifying the expected cashback amount. It is issued following discussions with your agent about rental choices and your decision to proceed with property tours. Our team then verifies the cashback your agent is entitled to from your landlord for successfully bringing in a qualified renter, which is you. Once they pay out your agent and your agent confirms, we then pay you.

Payment processing times vary among landlords, and it may take some longer than others to disburse funds to your designated agent. Once we receive notification that the payment has been disbursed, you will be paid in accordance with your cashback letter.
